It has the basic Tetris game (which I love) plus four other modes. I'm pretty much addicted to the game. My favorite is the Touch mode which uses the stylus (it has two different games in that mode -- Tower and Puzzle).It uses Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Balloon Fight, and Yoshi's Cookie themes.I definitely recommend this game to any and all DS owners.
I contacted the seller and they told me to send it back, which I did on May 14, 2009. I have no game and I'm out the money.6/8/2009 When I received the game it would not work. Now the seller will not answer my emails.

I only wish that the classic Tetris screens and music weren't replaced by standard Nintendo themes. I have really missed the feel of the classic and was hoping to see a remake on the DS. That one title did more to get me hooked on gaming than just about any other. With new modes of play and the return of the "Head-to-Head" mode that made multiplayer so much fun, this game really brings back the memories. Back in the 80's I got my first Gameboy. I was young and broke and for a while the only game I had was Tetris. I finally found it and I could not have asked for more.
It arrived before it was scheduled. Not a day goes by that I don't play it. This was a bday gift. I was very excited.
